You are welcome to attend individual meetings as a guest of an existing BMLS member at £15 per meeting. Alternatively you may like to become a member and have access to all six presentations in a season for £60.  

BMLS Live Mock Inquest Training  

15 May 2023, 6pm - 7.30pm  
This training event for healthcare and legal professionals will illustrate a live mock inquest, based on a neonatal death, enacted in Birmingham Coroner’s Court before HM Senior Coroner for Birmingham and Solihull, Mrs Louise Hunt. There are a limited number of places but virtual attendance is also available. The cost to attend the event is £15 per person and all funds raised will be donated equally between SANDS and Baby Lifeline. Please email [email protected] to book your place.

A lack of demonstration that attempts have been made to ensure pre-habilitation, have been affected or advised on, may be interpreted negatively. Indeed it may result in a less than desirable outcome for the patient. This presentation will discuss example of risks for surgery and how they can be minimised.
